fun with my new tilt-shift lens
So of course, as when I buy any new camera, lighting set-up or lens, Olive is my test subject matter. Last week I bought a 45mm tilt-shift lens in New York and have been wanting to really play with it. Even though, yes, I used it a little bit on two of my three engagement shoots there, I've since read up a little bit and discovered a few cool things I can do... such as keep Olive's eyes in focus AND get sharp leaves in the tree 30 feet above/behind her AND be shooting at f-2.8 at that!!
See??
(another cool thing is being able to take myself out of reflective shots such as mirrors, but that didn't really work for an OAD post...)
